Join us for our Instagram Live streams — tune in anytime that suits you and shop with us in real time!

🛍️ When to catch us Live:

• Fridays to Sundays: Spontaneous sessions anytime between 10 AM and 5 PM during our shop hours.

• Every Other Thursday: A scheduled live sale starting at 6 PM.

​

​Simply hop on our Instagram Live to join the fun — stay as long as you like!

​

During the live, we’ll be showcasing a selection of hand-picked crystals and specimens.
If there’s something specific you’d like to see, just let us know — we stock thousands of beautiful pieces, and we’ll do our best to feature it for you!

💎 How to buy during the Live Sale

As each crystal is shown, it will be numbered, named, and priced.
To claim an item, simply comment:
“Claim [Number + Name]”

The first person to comment correctly will secure that crystal.
If more than one person claims the same piece, the first claim visible on our screen will be the winner.

If this is your first time participating, please send us a message with your email address after submitting your first claim.

​

💰 How to pay for your crystals

After the live sale, we’ll send you a message with your basket summary and payment details.
Please complete your payment within 48 hours to confirm and secure your crystals.

1. Sale Format & Frequency

• Live sales will be held via Instagram Live:
  - Spontaneously during shop's opening hours (Friday to Sunday anytime between 10am and 5pm).
  - & Every other Thursdays starting at 6pm.

• All items displayed during the live sale are offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis according to the time of comment / purchase instructions given during the live.

2. Payment

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase (i.e., when you commit during the live).

• If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item may be released and offered to someone else.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal Invoice, bank transfer, in-store card payment.

• You agree that once you commit to purchase in the live sale you are entering a binding contract for that item.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We are shipping within UK only (Great Britain / Northern Ireland)

• All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services. Shipping costs are based on parcel size and weight as follows, all prices including VAT:

* Royal Mail Tracked 48

Small Parcel (up to 2 kg): £4.90

Medium Parcel (up to 10 kg): £8.15

​

*Royal Mail Tracked 24

Small Parcel (up to 2 kg): £5.75

Medium Parcel (up to 10 kg): £9.20

• If you would like us to use a different shipping method or delay shipping of your parcel, please contact us immediately after the live show to make arrangements before dispatch.

• Items will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment is cleared.

• Title and risk pass to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the Royal Mail.

• If delivery fails due to buyer error (wrong address, failure to collect, etc) then the buyer may be responsible for additional costs or the sale may be treated as final.

4. No Swaps / Exchanges

• No swaps, trade-ins or exchange of items. These live-sale items are final unless they are faulty or mis-described (see clause 5).

• You must choose carefully during the live sale as once payment is made and item dispatched, standard exchange rights do not apply.

5. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods

• Because these are live-sale items with unique crystal pieces, we do not offer returns for “change of mind”.

• The buyer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

• If an item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, the buyer should contact us within 3 days of delivery, supply photographic evidence, and we will either replace, refund or offer a suitable solution.

• If the buyer fails to notify within that timeframe or the item has been clearly tampered with, then we may refuse a remedy.

6. Cancellation & Distance Selling Info

• Because the purchase is made during a live sale (i.e., immediately upon offer and acceptance), the usual “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (14 days) may not apply in full for change of mind.

• We will clearly provide the buyer with all relevant pre-contract information: our business name, address/contact, description of the goods, total costs, delivery arrangements.

• The buyer agrees to these terms at the moment of purchase.

7. Pricing & Payment Commitment

• Prices shown during the live sale are exclusive to that live event, apply in UK £ and include VAT.

• Once you commit to purchase, you must pay within 48 hours. We reserve the right to cancel the sale to you and offer the item to someone else if payment is not received in time.

8. Buyer Becomes Responsible for Item After Dispatch

• Once we dispatch the item, risk passes to the buyer. In the event of loss/damage in transit you must follow the courier’s claims process; we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee a refund unless a courier claim is successful.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Any term attempting to exclude or restrict liability must be reasonable under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

10. Amendments to Live Sale Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these live sale rules at any time. Any changes will be announced ahead of subsequent live sales.

• By participating in a live sale, you agree to abide by the terms applicable at the time of that sale.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
